TUV AUSTRIA (formerly known as Vinçotte) is a Belgian testing and certification organization, controlling 75% of Belgium’s consumer market in 2004, in addition TUV AUSTRIA authorized by the European Association of Bioplastics certifying and awarding the Seedling logo to products that comply with EN 13432. Specifically, a biodegradable product is certified OK Compost and the Seedling logo is equivalent to being recognized by TÜV AUSTRIA throughout Europe. TUV AUSTRIA offers customized certifications for each biodegradable environment.
