In the morning of 15th November, 2019. HAPLAST JSC attended the Graduation Ceremony: The training cooperation project for fostering Vietnamese consultants in production renovation and enhancement of enterprises quality management in 2018 and 2019. This event was held as a cooperation project between the Ministry of Industry and Trade of the Socialist Republic of Vietnam and Samsung Vietnam.
This made for summarizing the training program for high qualified consultants to assist Vietnamese enterprises in production improvement and quality enhancement. The project has achieved extremely positive results with 207 well-trained candidates, in which there are 60 of the best candidates have been chosen and assigned to join advance courses in South Korea.
HAPLAST was honored to be one of the enterprises receiving supports by this project. At this event, the Chairwoman Mrs. Pham Thi Hai Thanh and CEO Mr. Dang Van Anh shared with other enterprises about achievements gained from participating this project. By continuous efforts, HAPLAST has improved by 70% of 5S Basic, 50% of productivity, 35% of quality. Moreover, the accuracy of production planning has been increased, which helps to better inventory management and losses analysis, reduce costs and eliminate waste at several stages. The installations of rig cooling and fan system have created a comfortable, pleasant and efficient working environment for employees.
Up to now, after completing the 4 month training course, HAPLAST has continued to maintain and utilize the effectiveness of production improvement. This program has helped HAPLAST to enhance competitiveness, increase the deep access and participation in domestic and international production as well as supply chains.
At the Graduation Ceremony, CEO Mr. Dang Van Anh expressed the sincere and deeply appreciation to the Ministry of Industry and Trade and the Samsung Vietnam for selecting HAPLAST to be one of the enterprises participating in this renovation project, also for creating opportunities for participants to improve their knowledge and intensive counselling skills. Hopefully, there would be more and more opportunities for these consultants to accompany and support HAPLAST as well as a large number of other Vietnamese enterprises, to spread out their professional knowledge and innovative methods, for continuous developments.
